The province of Manitoba is changing the way family separation and divorce works in the court system. We are excited about the switch from an adversarial approach to a more collaborative and restorative approach. At this time we are still waiting for more details and information on what family law reform will actually look like before we establish what our role might be.

The Government of Manitoba has launched a new website to guide Manitoba families who are restructuring (separation or divorce) through the process. It provides information on restructuring as well as a portal to track your progress and guide you through your next steps.
