Mediation Services
Updated December 20, 2021: All visits to the office are by appointment only.
All staff and visitors to our office are asked to complete the shared health screening tool before entering the building.
We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely. At Mediation Services, the safety of our staff, volunteers and clients remain a top priority.
In an abundance of caution we are taking steps to be proactive.
Training
Our onsite training is moving to in-person, virtual training using Zoom. We are able to deliver customized training to groups on a case-by-case basis in either a virtual environment or onsite with physical distancing measures in place. To see our full list of scheduled courses, click HERE.
Please note if you are registered for a training that is scheduled to be in-person, or if you register one that ends up being affected by the pandemic, we are happy to offer a flexible re-booking policy for registrants by allowing a one-time change. All fees associated with re-booking will be waived.
Summer Office hours
Staff are working from home. Meetings will take place by appointment. The office is closed on Fridays through July and August.
Mediations are currently scheduled to go ahead as planned, unless otherwise stated by your mediator. However, if you feel unwell, we request that you stay home - please call to make alternative arrangements for your meeting, visit, training, etc.
We ask that everyone follow good respiratory and hand hygiene practices at all times, including hand washing, hand sanitizing, avoiding close contact with people (including shaking hands), regularly self monitoring and looking for signs of fever and other flu-like symptoms, etc. Masks are required when entering our office space.
We will be doing our best to ensure our space is clean and sanitized.
Your patience and understanding as we evolve our precautions to address this quickly developing situation is appreciated.
